The "Roll to Roll (RtoR) Plating Device" is a product designed to minimize the installation space of the equipment by transporting substrate film in a vertical direction. EPC (Edge Position Sensors) are placed at various points of the device. This allows for stable transport capability without deviation while the substrate is being transported vertically.
